General Information Due to the pandemic situation, there may currently be fluctuations in delivery times. This also affects the United Kingdom region due to Brexit.

Region and Provider

We offer a worldwide shipping service through DHL and UPS. Within the EU we ship with DHL or UPS, outside the EU with UPS. In the case of partial shipments, the shipping costs are charged only once. Shipping to PO Boxes is excluded.

Shipping costs 

Express shipping: 

- Domestic delivery: 7 EUR 

- International delivery: 20 EUR 

- Free Shipping: on all orders over 650 EUR

Leadtimes Express Shipping

Once the order has been handed over to the courier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

The shipping service provider delivers during normal business hours from Monday to Friday. Please note that delivery to final destinations may take in longer transit times. Olympia Wednesday cannot be held responsible for delays in shipments caused by circumstances beyond Olympia Wednesday's control.

Taxes and Duties 

No additional taxes or duties are charged for all goods sent within the European Union. The item prices and delivery costs include the applicable VAT and are therefore stated as gross prices.

Please note that for orders outside the European Union, taxes and duties are not included. These are charged by the local tax and/or customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.

Insurance

Olympia Wednesday insures every purchase during the transit time until it is delivered to you. All orders require a signature upon delivery. At this point, responsibility for the shipment passes to the customer. If you have specified a recipient other than yourself for delivery purposes, you also accept that a signature by a third party will be sufficient proof of delivery by Olympia Wednesday.

Refused Deliveries

If a package is refused, the return shipping cost and any duties and taxes associated with the return will be deducted from the customer's refund.

Preorders 

Items that are currently not available in the shop can be preordered bindingly. Payment is due upon receipt of the preorder. As soon as the items are available, they will be shipped directly. Any stated expected delivery date does not represent a binding promise of a delivery date. In the event of significant postponements of the delivery date, the customer will be informed.
